Level 5: Meditation Class
Meditation Classes – These are advanced meditation classes that are for those initiated in Brahm Gyan Meditation. This is an interactive session in which obstacles and hindrances in your meditation will be discussed and our preachers will provide solutions. If you are looking to go deeper in your meditation then these classes are ones you do not want to miss! Connect with your local Swami/Sadhvi for the next class.
Level 4: Mindfulness Meditation
To help bring the mind to balance, there are numerous practices like chanting, affirmations, breathing patterns, mindfulness and the list goes on. All of these techniques fall into the Dharana stage and prepare us for Dhyana (loosely translated as meditation). Come explore all of these techniques at the weekly meditation classes so your mind can rest and renew in peace.
Beginners and Expert meditators are Welcome!

Level 1: Befriend the Breath – 4 Weeks Course
As life happened we have forgot how to breathe. This introductory class is to help you build a connection with your breath again with simple techniques that you can incorporate in your day. You’ll learn how to correct your breathing and strengthen your breathing muscles. Change your breath; change your life!

Level 2: Prana and Pranayama – 6 Weeks Course
Prana is the vital life force energy that pervades our entire being. Learn practices designed to touch the subtle life force through the play of breath. These are time tested ancient pranayama techniques used to help regulate the flow of prana within your body to bring healing at all levels – physical, mental and emotional.

Level 3: Emotional Cleansing Through the Chakras – 8 Weeks Course
Looking to grow and evolve physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually? Work through your blockages and experience freedom under the guidance of Sadhvi Bhavya. Classes will involve yoga, breathwork, chanting, and guided meditations.
