MEDITATION

Meditation is not sitting quietly and focusing on a single thought or repeating a mantra or even trying to have no thoughts.  When you truly meditate, you are embarking on a journey of the inner world – uncharted territory for most people.  Hence, it is very important to have a teacher to learn to meditate.  Our Swaminis and Swamis will assist in your journey to the inner world by helping overcome common challenges when learning to meditate.

Upon completion of the classes, students will have the option of advancing further by requesting to receive Brahm Gyan – the technique of Self Realization.

Level 1: Befriend the Breath - 4 weeks course

Every Wednesday evening 7-8pm ET starting January 12th - USD $20

As life happened we have forgot how to breathe. This introductory class is to help you build a connection with your breath again with simple techniques that you can incorporate in your day. You’ll learn how to correct your breathing and strengthen your breathing muscles. Change your breath; change your life!

Level 2: Prana and Pranayama - 6 weeks course

Every Wednesday evening 7-8pm ET starting February 9th - USD $30

Prana is the vital life force energy that pervades our entire being. Learn practices designed to touch the subtle life force through the play of breath. These are time tested ancient pranayama techniques used to help regulate the flow of prana within your body to bring healing at all levels - physical, mental and emotional.

Level 3: Balancing your Chakras - 8 weeks course

Every Thursday evening 7-8pm ET starting January 13th - USD $40

Looking to grow and evolve physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually? Work through your blockages and experience freedom under the guidance of Sadhvi Bhavya. Classes will involve yoga, breathwork, chanting, and guided meditations. 

Beginners and Expert meditators are Welcome!
