the physical body represents the most tangible aspect of ourselves – the physical body. This body represents everything we take in through our senses – what we see, smell. taste, touch and feel. It is our connection to the outside world.

the breath body represents prana or qi- the vital life force that governs our biological processes from circulation, respiration, digestion and elimination. The flow of prana ensures the processes function well. The obstruction of flow leads to dis-ease.
